Rebel Heart Meets Who's That Girl
Despite the VIP option we went for, entering the show was quite disorganized. We spent a considerable amount of time queuing up twice to collect our tickets, and it was evident that more staff were needed to distribute the tickets and gift bags.
The VIP party, although enjoyable, was less lively than anticipated. Connecting with other Madonna fans before the party was a highlight, and the complimentary Vita Coco sample was a pleasant surprise that I ended up loving.
Initially, our seats appeared disappointingly far to the left for the price we paid, but they turned out to be satisfactory. The stage layout was confusing, with Madonna's movements causing fluctuating proximity to the "front" and faraway views at different times.
The lack of introduction for the opening act, blooddiamonds, was peculiar. While we had a good time during the concert, as a devoted fan, the set list left much to be desired. It mainly featured tracks from her new album and the 1987 Who's That Girl tour, with only a few selections from her extensive discography over the past two decades.
Access to early merchandise purchasing, a promised benefit, was delayed due to entry issues. Ultimately, I opted to order online instead.
